The archive is alive

Another adversity was in fact intertwined with the specificity of the archive, which stems from its very nature: it is not a historical archive with the sole mission of preserving memory, it is not a sealed and protected from any external intervention legacy. The archive of Socìetas Raffaello Sanzio is alive, constantly growing and evolving even now. The attic of the Comandini theatre welcomes on a daily basis an impressive number of new documents, as the three artists who are the subject of our research are still extremely active, producing and creating incessantly.
